About meHi, I’m Maria. And I know what it’s like to live between worlds.I didn’t come to coaching through a straight line.
My career began in Human Resources many years ago and since then I've had the privilege of working with people and organisations across different countries and cultures. Over the years, my experience has been that the moments that shape us most are not when everything is certain but when we’re in between.Between roles.
Between countries.
Between who we were and who we’re becoming.Living and working across Latin America, Europe, and Asia, I experienced firsthand the questions that don’t always have easy answers:Where do I belong now? What does success mean here? Who am I becoming in this new chapter?Those questions, and the growth they invite, are what led me to coaching.Today, I support leaders, growth-minded professionals, who are navigating change, reinvention, and identity in a global world. My role is not to give you answers, it's to walk alongside you as you discover your own.
What it's like to work with meCoaching with me is not about quick fixes or rigid plans. It’s a warm, thoughtful and supportive space where you can slow down enough to really hear yourself.
